ALL NEW CLAMPS FOR THE WORKTABLE TRUNNION
ON A VINTAGE DELTA 12” DISC SANDER
Delta’s original cast iron clamps are getting hard-to-find.
They were also prone to cracking and eventually breaking in two.
We have developed a much better designed and much needed part…….a CNC machined high strength replacement for the OEM disc sander trunnion clamp.
Our precision made, close fitting, fully machined
“steel”
clamp is unbreakable.
The clamps are 100% machined from C1018 steel, meaning no surfaces… including the deep high angle groove has been left untouched by the special carbide tooling in the CNC machining process.
Also, unlike the spring pins that are inserted in the OEM clamp block for positioning into holes on the work table support, the pins in our clamps are high strength precision alloy dowel pins that have been press fit into holes milled into the new clamp body.
Our trunnion clamps are now bright zinc plated.  They look better, are protected from corrosion, and require no painting.  The price remains unchanged even though we now offer them plated.
You will never find a better built, better fitting trunnion clamp than these.
Each clamp has two 10-32 tapped holes for securing a pointer on the clamp for use on either side of the disc sander, depending on where the angle gage is located.
A stainless steel 10-32 pan head screw is included with each clamp.

If you buy multiple trunnion clamps, do not check out.  Request an invoice from us before paying, so we can discount the parts.  If you pay without an invoice, the new eBay system does not allow us to refund any of the purchase price.
If two or more clamps are purchased on the same order and an invoice is requested, we will discount the parts cost by 5%.
