National School Fallout Shelter Design Competition Awards Book 1963 nice cond

Here we have a National School Fallout Shelter Design Competition Awards book from 1963 in nice condition.  It's a project of the Office of Civil Defense under the Departmemt of Defense Conduct by the American Institute of Architects.  I picked it up at a used book sale; don't know much about it. Pages are slightly off white and there's a break in the plastic binding as shown in one picture. I also see ink marks at the bottoms of some pages; presumably it was published like that. As a comic collector, I'd grade it VG/F. It shows signs of normal reading wear, but was not abused and appears to have been stored with some care.
