gold and silver finished relief of the Miraculous Medal.
It measures 3" by 2 1/2" by 1 1/4" deep and is made of wood with a felt lining inside.
The lid of the rosary case is made from silver oxidized metal with a highly detailed embossed relief of the Miraculous Medal in silver and gold tones.

a vision of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This medal is believed to bring special intercessions
