Brownie Girl Scout RING
1944,
Excellent GIFT
In 1944 this adorable Brownie Ring
was made available in the GS Catalog.  It is nice and sturdy and came
only in this adjustable style.
Rather than the oval background, this elf is embossed on a rectangular piece of Sterling Silver.  The Hallmark is, “Sterling R” which is probably Robbins Co., who made many of the early Girl Scout items.  It is about a size 6 now, but
could be stretched or crimped to fit several sizes larger or smaller
.   A Wonderful gift for a Collector OR a thoughtful gift for your daughter or better yet,
her Brownie Girl Scout Leader.
This cute little ring is in Excellent Condition with some slight age wear to the band.
