Antique Rigg Bros The Pilot Military Binoculars – Sold As Is

Antique brass military binoculars "The Pilot" made by Riggs & Bro from Philadelphia.  Date unknown.
Being sold *As Is* –  looking for the right DIY repair.
The focal knob works, and all optics seem intact
(although one front lens has some discoloring along the edge,
and some pitting can be seen in glass closest to eyes.)
The brass wraparound eye sockets are bent.
Leather is separating from the body, but can be reglued.
Case top is separated from base and has some leather separation, and some areas are missing
stitches.
Case is
missing its
straps.
Case is 6"w x 6"h x 3-1/2"d
