The Cover has a raised gold tone medallion of La Convocation des Etas Generaux by Claudine Berechel on the front cover and information on this medal and other medals in the series on the back cover.  Contains an 8 page menu from a September 16 on the Concorde from  New York to Paris . with separate pages for Cocktails, Wine and Meal.  In French and English.  Measures about 8 1/4" x 11 5/8" when closed.
Due to the size limitations of my scanner, the entire menu may not show in some of the scans.
