1930 RARE Girl Scout HANKIE GS w/Dark Green Embroidered 2nd TREFOIL, Collector

Girl Scout Hankie
GS in 2nd Trefoil, 1930s
Here is one of the first Girl Scout hankies to be offered with the GS in the familiar trefoil.  This embroidered design on a hankie
first shows in the 1923
Girl Scout Catalog and is in black and white print, so hard to tell
various
colors of the trefoil.  This is considered the
"2nd trefoil shape,"
and can be dated to the mid to late 1930s.  (See the third picture for trefoil dates.)  This hankie appears to be linen with a machine rolled hem.  It measures approximately 11 inches square.  It is in e
xcellent, like new condition.  There is no fading, no holes, but there appears to be some slight darkening in the bottom left quarter.  VERY hard to see in the picture and barely noticeable in person.
I have this hankie in my collection with different colored trefoils, different fabrics and different hem styles.  They are very RARE in any fabric because after only a few years, this second trefoil was replaced with the trefoil we all recognize and was used for decades into the future.
