This is a 1928 B Silver Certificate Funny Back Note, Blue Seal, with Woods/Mills signatures, Circulated in choice crisp extra fine condition. Nice addition to most collectors.
ALL of my notes are in BCW rigid or semi rigid sleeves for protection.
